15-Day Return Policy

This Return Policy explains when a product may be returned, how to request a return, what condition the item must be in, and how approved refunds or exchanges may be handled. How to Start a Return

Global Market Place uses Cash on Delivery only for purchases. No online card payment, wallet payment, or digital checkout payment is collected by us. Where available, refunds may be arranged through an approved offline method, pickup process, cash return procedure, or other method confirmed by Global Market Place in writing. We will not request your password, card PIN, OTP, or other sensitive financial credentials as part of a return request.

Original delivery charges, rush delivery charges, handling charges, optional service fees, or return shipping costs may not be refundable when the return is based on a change of mind, unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
